Leaving my engineering career behind, I chose to follow a path driven by curiosity, tradition, and the belief that food is more than sustenance—it’s an experience, a connection, a form of medicine.

LaChaiMmm was born from this realization: flavors hold wisdom, and every sip or bite is an opportunity to nourish both body and soul. A cultural dish offers more than taste, it tells a story.
